I believe you deserve to be informed and supported. Caring for a loved one can feel at times like you are chasing one crisis after another without a road map and no end in sight.

It is my honor to help guide you through this time. As you will see, this work truly feeds my spirit, let me support yours.

The Answers You Need
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING?
Consultations are packed with information and education, giving clear direction and next steps in one visit.
Coaching sessions provide ongoing guidance addressing unique challenges such as planning, problem solving and complex behaviors related to dementia.
WHAT IF I NEED JUST A COUPLE QUESTIONS ANSWERED?
I encourage you to give me a call or schedule with me. I am happy to help as little or as much as needed.
Often people just need pointed in the right direction, a trusted referral or resource, or they may need a non-biased professional to explain the pros and cons of certain decisions.
My goal is that you leave educated and confident in your next steps.
DO YOU SEE PEOPLE WHO LIVE OUTSIDE YOUR LOCAL AREA?
Absolutely! I have found that having phone or video conferencing sessions is an especially effective way for families to get the support and guidance they need from their home.
On the day of our scheduled meeting, I will send a link that you will click to join our conference or give you a call.
